If you are receiving promotional e-mail from us and you no longer wish to receive this information, please e-mail us and we will ensure that you no longer receive this information.

What is a government related identifier?

A government related identifier is a government or government agency designated identification number such as tax file number or Medicare number. We do not use government related identifiers to identify personal information that we have collected from you.

Do I have to be identified at all?

Whenever it is lawful and practical to do so, you may transact with us without providing personal information. This may however impact on the level of service we can provide to you.

Does my personal information leave United States?

We may transfer your personal information to people working in the Latin Fashion Week corporate group outside of United States, including in the United States, Latin America, Caribbean, India, China, France, Italy, and Spain. We will only do this if the recipient of the information is subject to laws that are equivalent to the United States Privacy Principles.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information can be information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual preferences or practices, criminal record or health.

We will not usually collect sensitive information. However, if we do, it will usually be for the purposes of providing our goods or services. We will seek your consent to collect and, (where required) use, sensitive information if required by the United States Privacy Principles.

Security of your personal information online

Generally, e-mail is not a secure way to communicate and you should be aware of this when sending personal information to us by e-mail.

You can complain in writing to Latin Fashion Week is you are unhappy with the way your personal information is collected or used.

Latin Fashion Week will respond to your written complaint within 30 days. Such a response may include the steps we will take to address your complaint, or that we believe your complaint requires no action on Latin Fashion Week’s part.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Latin Fashion Week’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Latin Fashion Week through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Latin Fashion Week. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
